1. Test the operation of boiler.

2. Fan pressure test to determine the type of service required.

3. condensate trap inspection.

4. flue gas analysis, to confirm correct combustion.

5. Flue inspection.

6. ventilation checks.

7. Water leak checks.

8. Inhibitor testing 

9. Earth loop impedance testing 

complete service records.

Price increase from 1 April 2024

Cost for a standard boiler service £78.00

plus parts required 

If the boiler fails the fan pressure test then a repair service is required to remove the heat exchanger baffles and replace the igniters and head gasket.

A major service may also be required when the boiler reaches 8 to 10 years of age.
